About the project

A'AMAR is a housing programme developed by the Societe Tuniso-Koweitienne d'El Emar (STKE) in the Les Berges du Lac district of Tunis. Founded in 1990 as a subsidiary of the Consortium Tuniso-Koweitien de Developpement, STKE is a premium developer on the Tunisian property market. The developer specialises in prestige residences with contemporary architecture and high-end features: reinforced thermal and acoustic insulation, marble finishes, home automation, fully equipped kitchens and landscaped green spaces. Les Berges du Lac, an upscale district developed from the 1980s on the shores of Tunis Lake, hosts corporate headquarters, embassies, shops and standing residences. STKE continues to expand its residential portfolio there.
