Kgale Residential Estate

About the project

Multi-residential estate at the foot of Kgale Hill

Kgale Residential Estate is a multi-residential development by Time Projects, a Botswana property developer, set at the foot of Kgale Hill in Gaborone, steps from the Game City shopping mall. Its first phase comprises 84 one- and two-bedroom units, designed for secure, convenient community living. The project stands out for its shared facilities: an indoor soccer pitch, an outdoor gym, a children's play area and a clubhouse with braai (barbecue) facilities. The scheme emphasises security, with controlled access, and careful finishes drawn from Time Projects' expertise, well known in Botswana for its upmarket apartments and estates. Location is a major asset: Kgale combines immediate proximity to Game City, the country's largest mall, quick access to Gaborone's main routes and the iconic view of Kgale Hill. An urban, affordable address, ideal for young professionals, first-time buyers and rental investors.
