About the project
Ivoire Trade Center (ITC) is a high-end mixed-use complex located in Cocody-Ambassades, steps from Hotel Ivoire in Abidjan. Developed by PFO Immobilier (Groupe PFO Africa) and designed by architect Pierre Fakhoury, it rests on an 80-metre square double-height base housing a roughly 4,000 sqm retail gallery, topped by four cubic towers with 32 office floors of 410 sqm each, totalling 13,120 sqm of rentable space. Total floor area reaches about 25,960 sqm. Rooftop terraces host a panoramic restaurant-bar lounge plus reception and conference rooms. Inaugurated on 30 September 2021 by First Lady Dominique Ouattara, the project represented roughly 31 billion CFA francs, structured by Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire with Banque Atlantique. ITC is West Africa's first business center to earn the World Bank's EDGE environmental certification, and now hosts over 30 companies and institutions.
