About the project
Eco Quartier is an 8-hectare eco-district project led by PFO Immobilier, the real-estate subsidiary of the Ivorian construction group PFO Africa. Founded in 2019, PFO Immobilier manages every stage of its projects in-house, from structuring and land sourcing to marketing and rental management, including design, local and international financing and construction. The project is part of the group's sustainable-development vision, combining energy performance and environmental responsibility, in line with other developments certified EDGE Buildings. Located in the Greater Abidjan area, the eco-district aims to offer a modern living environment integrating green spaces and sustainable infrastructure. The project was under development, with PFO Immobilier coordinating the overall design studies.
