Gezina Retail Centre is a redevelopment of the oldest Builders’ Warehouse store in the country. The project was undertaken by SGH in partnership with Dolsid Investments. Construction started in 2018 and the new store opened in December 2020. The centre includes new parking facilities and improved visibility on Steve Biko Road. Future tenants announced include West Pack, Petzone, Eskort, ACDC Express, Sea Harvest and Woodlands Dairy.
