New Opes Holding residential estate in Bingerville
About the project
Cité Opes 2 is part of the housing programme developed by Opes Holding in Bingerville, on the eastern outskirts of Abidjan. An Ivorian development and construction company founded in 2012, Opes Holding launched its first estate in Bingerville in 2013 under the presidential social and economic housing programme, using expanded polystyrene panel (EPS) technology, a first in Côte d'Ivoire. The first phase, built on around 12 hectares, plans up to 516 economic, social and premium homes, with initial deliveries beginning in 2015. A new large-scale operation is announced at Bingerville-Elokaté, a project of several thousand apartments on 28 hectares aimed notably at the Ivorian diaspora. The homes target first-time buyers and Ivorians abroad wishing to invest at home.
