Cite Opes 1
Social and standing housing estate in Bingerville by Opes Holding

About the project
Cite OPES I is a housing program developed by Opes Holding in Bingerville, within Greater Abidjan. The project offers a varied range from social and affordable housing to mid- and high-end villas, sold under rent-to-own schemes of up to 25 years to ease access to home ownership. The estate is fully serviced, with some phases including solar panels. To date Cite OPES I counts around 391 households and its second phase has been delivered: a community day held on 4 October 2025 saw the official installation of the co-owners' syndical council. Opes Holding was founded by businessman Siriki Sangare, president of Cote d'Ivoire's national chamber of approved developers and builders (CNPC-CI). Bingerville, a former colonial capital east of Abidjan, is experiencing strong residential growth.
