About the project
Cité des Fonctionnaires is a large social-housing program by Peacock Investments, the Senegalese real-estate arm of Morocco's Holmarcom group. Set in Diamniadio, it spans roughly 72 hectares and plans 2,850 affordable villas over five years. Initially aimed at civil servants, it also targets middle-class Senegalese workers and the diaspora. Peacock has already delivered its first 150 units. Two 150 sqm villa types are offered: the F3 "Kheweul" (2 bedrooms + living room) and the F4 "Ibis" (3 bedrooms + living room). The estate includes schools, a health center, a shopping center, a mosque, an Islamic center and sports fields. Villas can be bought outright or via bank credit with partner institutions.
