Anahita Golf Estate is an ultra-high-end residential estate located in Beau Champ on the east coast of Mauritius, bordered by a turquoise lagoon and green mountains. For over a decade, Anahita has been among the island's luxury residences. The estate offers 3- to 5-bedroom villas and apartments, eligible for the PDS (Property Development Scheme) that allows foreign buyers to obtain a Mauritian residence permit.
