Adumuah Place is Appolonia City's first office building, opened in 2022 and developed by Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA) for an investment of about USD 4 million. A Grade A building, it is strategically positioned at the entrance to Appolonia City, along the Adenta-Dodowa Road. It offers about 2,000 sqm of prime office space, with flexible floorplates from 116 sqm to 661 sqm depending on tenant needs, plus 85 secured parking bays. The ground floor hosts a retail component: pharmacies, convenience shops, financial institutions, restaurants and beauty salons. The building is anchored by Appolonia Development Company's new headquarters, a clinic and pharmacy by C & J Medicare, and Duka Supermarket. Adumuah Place is named after Nii Tei Adumuah II, a visionary chief who ruled Appolonia for 40 years. It forms the commercial office hub of this new city in Greater Accra.
