Zumurrud Investment Mall is part of the Bab Tripoli 2 project on a 15‑hectare site in Tripoli, Libya. The development spans 135,000 m² and combines retail, office and hospitality functions. It will host over 500 stores, restaurants and an entertainment centre, as well as more than 1,000 office spaces. A 5‑star hotel with over 500 rooms will also be included. The project is expected to generate around 3,000 jobs.
