Villaggio Vista
Three iconic kente-inspired towers in the heart of Airport Residential

About the project
Villaggio Vista is a high-rise residential complex in Accra's Airport Residential Area, developed by Trasacco Estates Development Company and completed in 2016. Designed by British firm Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), it is distinguished by three towers whose facades echo Ghanaian kente weaving patterns: Aqua (green motif, 8-10 floors), Azure (red motif, 17 floors) and Alto (yellow motif, 27 floors), the latter being the tallest residential building in Ghana. The project totals roughly 38,500 sqm of predominantly residential space and comprises around 146 apartments plus office and retail accommodation. Residents enjoy a fitness centre, swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground, a rooftop terrace, a residents' bar atop the tallest tower and underground parking. Blending contemporary architecture with local cultural references, Villaggio Vista has become an emblematic landmark on Accra's skyline and a prestige address for upscale living.
