Tierra

About the project

Tierra integrates residences and commercial spaces on a natural slope, creating a connected pedestrian district.

Tierra is a mixed‑use residential and commercial project located in the heart of New Cairo, at the gateway of the 6th Settlement. The development follows the site's topography, featuring curved pedestrian pathways and terraces that connect public spaces, commercial zones, and green areas. A central cliff serves as a civic spine with gathering places and cultural landmarks. The design maximizes views, privacy, and natural cooling for the residences. The project offers direct access to major road networks while preserving a calm, green environment.
