Samara Real Property purchased in 2019 a three‑story building of roughly 28,000 square feet on a quarter‑acre site in Chicago’s West Loop. The neighborhood has attracted over seven billion dollars of investment in the past decade and is a growing tech hub. The building is located about one and a half blocks from Google’s Midwest headquarters. Construction of the third high‑rise in the area began in 2025, making this project one of the lowest‑density structures in the vicinity. The loft retains historic brick and timber character.
