The Med is People & Places' first flagship project in Egypt, located in the centre of Ras el Hekma on the North Coast. The development consists of five distinct villages with seventy unique unit designs, including villas, townhouses, penthouses and lofts. It is positioned between Sidi Abd el Rahman and Marsa Matrouh, with easy access from the main Dabaa Road. The site features a 450‑meter lagoon, boutique hotels, a clubhouse and an infinity pool.
