The Brompton City
30-hectare mixed-use new town on the Lekki-Epe corridor

About the project
The Brompton City is a 30-hectare mixed-use urban development (over 300,000 sqm) by UPDC Plc, one of Nigeria's oldest listed developers (26+ years of experience). Located along Ogombo Road, just after Abraham Adesanya on the Lekki-Epe corridor (Lekki Scheme II), the project is delivered in four phases. The first 100,000 sqm tranche, now complete, is fully sold out; the second and third phases (125,000 sqm) are in design. Aimed at the middle class and young professionals, Brompton City combines low-, medium- and high-density residential zones with commercial space: offices, retail, cafes, restaurants, boutique hotels, hospitals and hospitality services. Residential plots range from 300 sqm (low density) to 900-1,000 sqm (high density), while mixed-use plots start at 2,000 sqm. The site holds a Certificate of Occupancy and offers integrated services: power, water and sanitation, green areas, waste management, security and fire services. The lease term is 79 years.
