About the project

SODIC Mostakbal City is a large integrated urban development by SODIC, a listed Egyptian developer, spanning roughly 500 acres in Mostakbal City, east of Cairo. Total investment is estimated at EGP 110 billion, with a first phase above EGP 45 billion delivering about 2,000 residential units, including nearly 1,200 apartments and 800 villas. The scheme offers a broad range of homes: 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with maid's rooms, townhouses from 185 sqm, and twin houses and standalone villas from 215 to 300 sqm. Prices start around EGP 9 million for a one-bedroom apartment and reach EGP 35 million and above for villas. SODIC provides flexible payment plans with a 5% down payment spread over 8 to 10 years. Units are delivered fully finished within roughly three years. The master plan emphasises generous green spaces, low density and a premium residential lifestyle within a fast-growing new city.
