About the project
Secured 400+ home community near Lusaka
Silverest Gardens is a large, secured residential community in the Silverest area, along the Great East Road on Lusaka's eastern edge. Launched in 2013 through a partnership between developer Henan Guoji and the Zambia Development Agency, it already counts more than 400 completed houses, of which over 350 are sold and mostly occupied. The scheme targets families seeking a safe, welcoming setting: controlled access, security and community life anchored by a clubhouse. Homes come in several types: 3-bedroom (around 139 sqm), 4-bedroom (around 160 sqm) and 5-bedroom (around 184 sqm), with indicative prices from about 1.46 million to 3.8 million kwacha depending on size. Its position along the Great East Road eases access to both Lusaka and Chongwe, while the surroundings, more open than downtown, appeal to buyers looking for space and quiet. A development for quality volume housing on the outskirts of the Zambian capital.
