About the project

Silverest Gardens is a large, secured residential community in the Silverest area, along the Great East Road on Lusaka's eastern edge. Launched in 2013 through a partnership between developer Henan Guoji and the Zambia Development Agency, it already counts more than 400 completed houses, of which over 350 are sold and mostly occupied. The scheme targets families seeking a safe, welcoming setting: controlled access, security and community life anchored by a clubhouse.
