About the project
The SICAP Lac Rose subdivision is a villa program built by SICAP SA in Deni Biram Ndao, near the famous Lac Rose (Lake Retba), east of Dakar. The project offers modern F3 and F4 villas combining comfort, quality and durability, part of the design being handled with Groupe Prandi Senegal. On 30 January 2025, an official key-handover ceremony allowed 100 beneficiaries to receive their homes after a roughly twelve-year wait. The program answers strong demand for quality housing on Dakar's outskirts, in a rapidly urbanizing area around the Deni Biram Ndao hub. SICAP SA, a historic Senegalese real-estate company, has over the years delivered many homes in Sicap Liberte, Mbao, Grand Mbao and Keur Massar.
