About the project
Résidence Narjess is a collective social housing complex built by the National Real Estate Company of Tunisia (SNIT), located in the Ezzahrouni district in the western suburbs of Tunis. SNIT launched apartment sales from July 2026. The offering is split into three categories: one-bedroom-plus-living-room (S+1), two-bedroom (S+2) and three-bedroom (S+3) apartments. Prices start at 153,000 dinars for an S+1, 181,000 dinars for an S+2 and 267,000 dinars for an S+3. Some units can be financed through the First Housing (Masken Aouel) programme, a dedicated loan for buying a primary residence. SNIT organises on-site visits by its sales teams so prospective buyers can view the apartments, assess build quality and learn about the project's location, close to the area's main facilities and public services.
