Pearl of Guinea is a residential programme developed by Jobomax Homes in Doumbouyah City, Coyah, Republic of Guinea. Home models range from roughly USD 42,000 to 250,000 depending on location, model, floor plan and options. Financing requires a minimum 30% down payment to start construction, payable in instalments over up to 24 months; monthly payments range from under USD 400 to more than 2,000 depending on the model and selections. Coyah, east of Conakry, is a developing crossroads of Guinea's coastal region.
