About the project
Palm Villa invests over 100 million naira in the first electrification phase.
The first phase of Palm Villa’s electrification project includes pole installation, base‑station foundations and underground cable laying. Work began on July 9 2025 and is scheduled for completion within two months, providing continuous 24/7 power to the initial residents. This phase will deliver roughly 0.18 MW, with a total planned capacity of 750 kVA after all phases. Subsequent phases will add solar backup systems and diesel generators to ensure uninterrupted electricity.
