Noor Smart City – Capital Gardens covers more than 5,000 feddans in East Cairo, near the New Administrative Capital. The development results from collaboration with American design firms SWA, SASKI, Perkins Eastman and BCG. It offers a smart living system with AI‑driven surveillance, intelligent lighting and home automation services. The city plans 120,000 units to host up to 700,000 residents, providing mixed‑use facilities such as retail, schools, clinics and sports areas. Renewable energy, electric transport and waste‑management solutions underline its sustainability focus.
