About the project
Metropolitan is a high-end mixed-use project launched by Yamed Promotion, the Yamed Capital group's brand dedicated to high-end assets, in the Racine district of Casablanca. The concept combines a very high-end residential component, a 5-star hotel under the Canopy by Hilton brand, a rooftop reserved for residents, office spaces, and retail and services on the ground floor. The interior design of the hotel and all components was entrusted to Jean-Philippe Nuel, an interior architect and author of the renovation of the Molitor in Paris. The residential offering spans a wide range, from studios to duplexes, with generous, optimised volumes offering a chic, urban living environment extended by terraces with open views. Yamed Promotion chose to pursue HQE (High Environmental Quality) certification for the project, ensuring harmony with its surroundings. A limited edition of apartments designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel has been brought to market.
