The second tower is home to a luxury business hotel, the Protea Hotel by Marriott Masa Square, opened in April 2020, with 152 rooms and 30 extended-stay apartments. The complex offers two levels of secure underground parking, 24-hour security, full air-conditioning and A-grade finishes. Located in Gaborone's CBD, Masa Centre mixes retail, leisure, offices, residences and hospitality. RDC Properties has also based its Botswana head office there.
