Lagos New Town

Lekki-Epe (Lakowe), Lagos, Nigeria

A 1,500-hectare new town at the heart of Ibeju-Lekki

About the project

Lagos New Town is a new-town project led by Mixta Africa (through Mixta Nigeria) in the Lekki-Epe corridor, around Lakowe in Ibeju-Lekki. The development spans roughly 15 million m² (nearly 1,500 hectares) and is designed to eventually house more than 200,000 residents. It brings together several residential and leisure sub-estates, including the Lakowe Lakes Golf & Country Estate with its 18-hole golf course, Beechwood Park, Marula Park, Adiva Plainfields and Townsville, plus ongoing projects such as Park Villas, The Cove, Lakowe Heights and ULÉ. The offer covers homes in various configurations and both residential and commercial plots. The site enjoys a strategic position near the Lekki Free Trade Zone, the Lekki Deep Seaport and the Dangote Refinery. Residents benefit from green spaces, gated communities, 24-hour power and modern infrastructure. Mixta offers several payment options: outright purchase, 6-8 month instalments, mortgages (MREIF at 12%, commercial banks at 15%) and a rent-to-own model.
