About the project
Impala Estate is a secure, gated residential community developed by the National Housing & Construction Company (NHCC) in Namungoona, on Hoima Road after Kasubi, Kampala. The project comprises 131 semi-detached houses plus 64 apartments, with most units offering three bedrooms including a self-contained master bedroom. The estate is conceived as a complete living environment, with shops, salons, a nursery school, sports grounds (netball and football), ample parking, 24/7 security and a nearby police post. Access is eased by the Northern By-pass and the Makerere-Kasubi interchange. Three-bedroom houses were offered at around UGX 290 million, with successive price reductions to promote home ownership; some units were cut from UGX 295 million to 250 million. NHCC also offers flexible payment programmes to support buyers.
