About the project

Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate is a 700-hectare residential and leisure estate set in the Steenkampsberg mountain range, about 15 km from Dullstroom in Mpumalanga and a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Johannesburg. The estate comprises 455 residential stands of 770 to 1,900 m² arranged around an Ernie Els signature golf course, regularly ranked among South Africa's finest. Century Property Developments acquired the estate, built a new tarred access road and relaunched it in 2015 as a getaway for outdoor enthusiasts, taking over the sale of the remaining stands.
