Greenwood City (Meru Greenwood Park)
Mixed-use urban complex: mall, offices and residences

About the project
Greenwood City, also known as Meru Greenwood Park, is a mixed-use urban complex developed by Fusion Capital Limited in Meru Town, eastern Kenya. Representing an investment of around KSh 1.2 to 2 billion, the project combines a 160,000 sq ft shopping mall, a six-storey Grade-A office block and 53 upscale two and three bedroom apartments. The Greenwood City Mall, opened in October 2022, offers roughly 128,000 sq ft of lettable retail space across three floors and a basement, with 108 units spanning supermarket, fashion, food and beverage, banking, healthcare, telecoms and entertainment. With around 80,000 monthly visitors and a catchment of 1.5 million people, it has become the region's primary shopping and leisure hub. The 53-apartment residential component and 16,000 sq m of office space complete a live-work-play destination that is now delivered and fully operational.
