The Greenwood City Mall, opened in October 2022, offers roughly 128,000 sq ft of lettable retail space across three floors and a basement, with 108 units spanning supermarket, fashion, food and beverage, banking, healthcare, telecoms and entertainment. With around 80,000 monthly visitors and a catchment of 1.5 million people, it has become a shopping and leisure hub for the region. The 53-apartment residential component and 16,000 sq m of office space complete a live-work-play destination that is now delivered and fully operational.
