GreenPark Estate is a master-planned residential community by Superior Homes Kenya in Athi River, about 30 km from Nairobi's city centre. Spanning nearly 500 acres and planned for 1,550 units, the estate already has more than 700 completed and occupied homes, representing an investment of around KES 8 billion.
