About the project
The Calabar Golf Estate is a fully serviced residential development delivered by UPDC Plc in partnership with the Cross River State Government. Set on 32.5 hectares north of Calabar, it forms part of the vast Summit Hills project, a 367-hectare development featuring an 18-hole international golf course with clubhouse, a convention centre, a specialist hospital and modern road networks. The estate comprises about 200 homes of various types: five-bedroom detached houses, five-bedroom bungalows, four-bedroom detached houses, four and three-bedroom bungalows, and three-bedroom flats. The project was carried out through a dedicated special purpose vehicle, Calabar Golf Estate Limited, holding the land title. The Golf Estate aims to redefine the residential landscape of the Cross River capital.
