Everdene, Mulgoa: a new residential community in Western Sydney
Everdene, Mulgoa is a master-planned residential project developed by Mirvac. It will deliver approximately 1,200 homes in the Nepean region of Western Sydney. The development includes extensive green spaces, sports facilities and a children’s playground. It will be located near the upcoming Western Sydney International Airport and the Aerotropolis precinct. Sustainability measures include the restoration of Cumberland Plain Woodland and a 15-hectare linear park linking the community to local shops and a future school. The first release of land lots is scheduled for mid-September 2025, with sizes ranging from 300 m² to 700 m² and larger rural lots starting at 2,000 m².
