About the project

Cité Dialakorobougou is an affordable housing programme developed by SEMA (Société d'Équipement du Mali) at Dialakorobougou, on the eastern edge of Bamako. The project provides for the sale of 114 homes on standard plots of roughly 200 m², each with its own individual land title. The subdivision is fully fenced and secured by a perimeter wall, and every plot is serviced with water and electricity access. Located immediately next to the ACI zone and not far from the Ségou road (RN6), the site is about 15 minutes from the 3rd bridge and Mali Hospital. The programme meets demand for accessible housing while offering the legal security of a title deed and basic utilities. SEMA, a leading Malian developer, regularly builds estates of this kind to widen home ownership across Greater Bamako.
