Cité AZIMMO is a residential villa estate located in Ouaga 2000, Ouagadougou's upscale district in Burkina Faso, developed by AZIMMO (Aliz Immobilier), also known as AZIMMO Groupe Aliz. The agency, based on Avenue Bassawarga in Ouagadougou, launched its AZIMA real-estate brand in 2005 and manages several residential estates across the country. Now delivered, the estate offers a range of low-rise villas and duplexes. These include F3 to F5 villas with two living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and a two-car garage, villas built on plots of roughly 300 to 308 sqm, and R+1 duplexes with five bedrooms on plots of about 412 sqm.
