About the project
214-hectare new town at the foot of the High Atlas
Chwiter Marrakech is a large urban project by Alliances Darna (Groupe Alliances), spread over 214 hectares 9 km from Marrakech along National Road 9. Bordered by Lake Gh'Mat and backed by the High Atlas mountains, this major development combines a natural setting with a structured neighbourhood life. The offering is diverse: villa plots from 279 sqm, R+2 plots from 80 sqm, R+3 plots from 143 sqm, plus economic and mid-range apartments, several categories already showing sold-out stock, a sign of the project's appeal. Daily life is supported by comprehensive local facilities: hammam, police station, health centre, mosque and school. The sales office sits at km 16 of the Ouarzazate road in Marrakech. Backed by a national developer, Chwiter Marrakech suits both families seeking a building plot and apartment buyers wishing to settle in a peaceful, green setting on the edge of Marrakech.
