About the project

Casablanca Marina is an integrated, structuring urban project developed over roughly 26 hectares on the Atlantic seafront, close to the Hassan II Mosque and the main axes of downtown Casablanca. It reinterprets the metropolis's oceanic space around three main sections: the Ocean Gates, comprising residential towers and offices; a commercial sector with a Conference Palace and a supermarket; and the Casablanca New Marina, with the marina and two luxury hotels. The residential towers (Oceans and Turquoise towers), delivered by Prestigia, the luxury brand of the Addoha group, offer high-end apartments of three to six rooms, from 127 to 266 m², with gardens or terraces of 20 to 100 m², immediately by the ocean. The Marina Shopping hub features 43,000 m² of retail space, a two-level car park with 1,400 spaces, and four office towers of about 20,000 m². Bordered by Boulevard des Almohades between the port and the Hassan II Mosque, the development stands out for its maritime-inspired architecture, offering an oceanfront lifestyle.
