About the project

Cadenza Residence is a project by Turkish firm VAAL Real Estate, billed as Kampala's tallest residential tower. Set in Nakasero, the upscale "blue zone" ringed by embassies, Parliament, State House and the UN office, the tower will rise 24 floors, is valued at around US$30 million and is slated for completion in 2027. The scheme offers a composition of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Listed prices start at $105,000 for a studio, $144,000 for a one-bedroom and $267,000 for a two-bedroom. Residents will enjoy a heated swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a business centre, an aroma garden, a running track, a barbecue area and a children's play area, plus separate sauna and steam facilities, CCTV, high-speed lifts, a games room, full backup generator and video intercom.
