Badya
Palm Hills' green smart city in 6th of October

About the project
Badya is an integrated new city developed by Palm Hills Developments on roughly 3,000 feddans along Wahat Road in 6th of October City. Designed as a sustainable smart city, it is organised into six residential phases threaded with extensive green spaces, parks and cycling paths. The master plan includes international universities, schools, a hospital, retail zones and business districts to form a self-sufficient community. Housing options are broad: apartments, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses and villas, with sizes ranging from about 85 sqm to 500 sqm. Its position on Wahat Road, near the Middle Ring Road and the Dahshur Link, gives fast access to Greater Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. Palm Hills offers payment plans stretching up to 10-12 years with low down payments. Badya aims to blend residential living, technology, education and leisure within a walkable, landscaped environment.
