About the project

Amen Estate Phase 2 is a large residential estate developed by Redbrick Homes International Ltd on roughly 48 hectares along Eleko Beach Road, on the Lekki peninsula in Ibeju-Lekki. The project plans around 700 homes across varied typologies: two and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom terraces and semi-detached duplexes, plus four and five-bedroom duplex villas. Its flagship home, The Aafin, a six-bedroom ensuite house with two-bedroom staff quarters, receptions and restrooms, trades between 85 and 95 million naira depending on plot. Homes are sold off-plan, with construction progressing as buyers pay. On completion the estate will offer a road network, an estate-wide generator, a tennis court, a football pitch, a swimming pool, a school and a shopping mall, plus a drainage system and underground electric cables. The project is under construction.
