You are users' first point of contact: you solve issues, support them and surface their needs.
Your responsibilities
- Answer requests (chat, email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Onboard individuals and agents
- Document recurring issues
- Help improve the product experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Good written and spoken communication (FR/EN a plus)
- Strong organization
- Comfortable with digital tools
