The mission

You structure and run the imonga Care service: rental management, concierge and cleaning, with high quality and transparency for remote owners.

Your responsibilities

• Set up the service's operational processes
• Coordinate concierges and field providers
• Ensure diaspora owners' satisfaction
• Track indicators (turnaround, quality, revenue)

What we're looking for

• Project management or operations experience
• Rigor, service mindset and organization
• Real estate knowledge (a plus)
• Comfortable with digital tools
