Greater TAF City is a live‑work‑play development covering over 1,000 hectares in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The project plans more than 20,000 affordable homes, mainly bungalows and duplexes. It is carried out by Greater TAF Nigeria Ltd, a special purpose company of TAF Africa Global Ltd, in partnership with the Rivers State government. The first phase of 1,000 units was delivered in December 2025.
