SONUCI, a public limited company founded in November 1962, is the reference public operator for urban planning and real estate construction in Niger. It has delivered over 2,000 housing units and improved sanitation on more than 1,500 parcels. Its activity is based on three pillars: urban development, housing construction, and commercialization. It is developing the Cité de la Refondation in Sorey, Liboré, in partnership with the Banga Immobilier group.
