SIMPAR

SIMPAR is listed in the Imonga directory as a property developer based in Tunis, Tunisia. This listing contains only that information. Other details about the company have not been confirmed by a source we were able to consult.

Not published on this listing:

• the list of current or completed developments and where they are;
• unit types, floor areas and prices;
• launch or handover dates;
• the exact head office address and contact details.

Ask SIMPAR directly for this information. For any specific development, ask the developer in writing for:

• the legal status of the land and the title deed;
• the building permit for the project;
• the draft sale contract and the payment schedule;
• the planned handover date and what happens if it slips.

Have the contract reviewed by a notary or lawyer practising in Tunisia before signing. Tunisian property development law is not the same as the law of the West African countries Imonga covers.
