SABLUX Guinée is the Guinean subsidiary of Sablux, a property development group founded in 2009 and headquartered in Dakar (Point E, rue PE-29). The group's website timeline dates the launch of Sablux Guinée to 2021. The subsidiary's own page describes it as the group's first operation outside Senegal.

As of 24 October 2026, the subsidiary's official page lists five developments in Conakry:

Daria: apartments in Kaporo, at launch stage;
Aliah: office floors near the Saint Joseph school, at launch stage;
Landreah: apartments in Landréah, under construction;
Sajida: apartments in Kipé, under construction;
Jonquille: apartments, under construction (the neighbourhood is not given on the listing).

The developer labels its residential schemes as "haut de gamme" (upscale). The list includes no villa developments. Starting prices appear on some listings on the official site, in Guinean francs or FCFA depending on the development. For Aliah, the price is available on request.
