Renishaw Property Developments is delivering the Renishaw Coastal Precinct, a 1,300‑ha development on the south‑KZN coast. The plan allocates 20 % of the land for development while preserving 80 % for biodiversity. It includes residences, commercial areas, schools and hospitals, and aims to create local jobs.
