About
Mosi Oa Tunya Development Company (MOTDC) is a limited liability company incorporated in 2012 in Zimbabwe as a special vehicle of the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Tourism and Hospitality. It owns 271.5 ha of land at Victoria Falls and is mandated to develop tourism infrastructure, including an integrated complex with a business district, hotels, villas, a golf estate and other facilities. The company has been a shareholder of IDBZ since 2016. Its goal is to strengthen Victoria Falls' visibility in the global tourism market.
