About
The National Housing Authority (NHA) was established by an act of parliament in 1971 to develop and control housing nationwide. It has constructed and sold over ten thousand residential units and commercial properties across Zambia. NHA offers direct sale housing, rental homes, architectural plans, construction supervision, and a range of engineering services. It enjoys preferential access to land and a mandate to operate throughout the country.
