Ongos Valley is a mixed‑use development project in the north‑western corridor of Windhoek, covering 1 743 hectares. The project plans to deliver 28 000 dwellings over twenty years, with a total value of N$25 billion. It includes single residential homes, sectional title units and apartments, as well as schools, commercial centres and other urban facilities. It is a private initiative supported by the Namibian government to address the housing shortage.
