About
National Housing Enterprise (NHE) is a Namibian state-owned company established by the NHE Act No 5 of 1993. Its mandate is to promote home ownership by acquiring land, constructing housing, and providing mortgage loans. NHE carries out large‑scale housing projects for low‑ and middle‑income households and also offers house and apartment rentals. It operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development.
